Wanda Gail Seefeldt, age 70, of Orange Park, Florida, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Orange Park Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was born on March 22, 1952, in Marion, South Carolina, to Ronald and Doris E. (Carmen) Wilson. Anyone who knew Wanda knew that she went by Gail. Gail was a lover of all animals, especially dogs. She always had a loyal canine at her side. Gail loved to travel and did as often as possible. She was very independent and often called a free spirit. Gail was fun loving and a joy to be around. She enjoyed being around her family and friends where she would socialize and often dance whenever she heard Elvis. Her proudest and happiest moments were spending time with her grandchildren. Gail would play games and go on and on for hours talking about life. She often spoke of God and prayed daily. Gail was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by those that she left behind.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ronald Wilson. Survivors include her two daughters, Tammy Shirley of Middleburg and Michelle Seefeldt of Orange Park; sisters, Cheryl Wilson and Lynn Meacham (Rick), both of Norfolk, Virginia; grandchildren, Drake Shirley, Destiny Shirley, and Madison Napoli; along with other family members and friends.
Private family services will be held.
