Sandra Sheffield Obituary

Sandra S. Sheffield, age 68, of Taylor, Florida, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. She was born on January 28, 1952, in Mount Holly, New Jersey, the daughter of Dorothy Blevins and J.C. Jackson. Sandra had lived in Baker County for the past 28 years and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed singing and dancing, listening to oldies and 1950s music, her dog, working with her best friend, and raising hell with her family.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father, J.C. Jackson; and her brother, Matthew Jackson.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Everett Young of Taylor; son, Samuel Parker (Sheri) of Jacksonville; daughters, Carol Jordan of Taylor and Tiffany Marie Smith of Dothan, Alabama; mother, Dorothy Blevins; brothers, Bucky Jackson, Jimmy Aimar, and Eugene Young; sisters, Robin Straughn and Roxann Welch; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel.
