Pamela “DeeDee” Johnson, age 49, of Jacksonville, Florida, unexpectedly went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. She was a Registered Nurse and caregiver with VITAS Hospice, Baptist Medical Center Beaches, and the FL-GA Blood Alliance. Pam studied nursing at FCCJ and UNF and was a graduate of Baldwin High School.
She was recently preceded in death by her mother, Linda Kay Johnson. Survivors include her father, Marvin Johnson; sister, Tina Mulder and her husband, Kelly; nephew, Kyle; nieces, Danielle and Leah; and great-nephews and nieces, Kyleigh, Tristian, Elijah, and Eleanor. Pamela was also survived by countless friends and co-workers whom she called family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Evangel Temple Assembly of God Lodge, 5755 Ramona Boulevard in Jacksonville with Pastor Garry Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow at Sellers Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
