Mark Gregory Boyle

Mark Gregory “Big G” Boyle, age 54, of Middleburg, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at UF Shands in Gainesville after a brief illness. He was born on May 8, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida, where he lived most of his life before moving to Maxville and then Middleburg. He attended both Trinity Christian and Ed White High School.
Greg, also known as “G Money,” started driving dump trucks back around 2003 for Trip Trucking and had finally found his calling. A couple of years later, he started GB Dirtin in that old red Peterbilt and eventually upgraded to a new one. Dump trucking and talking smack was what he loved. He would say things that make you gasp and shake your head in disbelief or laugh until your sides hurt. Greg enjoyed go kart racing in his younger days as well as all the Saturday nights spent out at Jax dirt track racing. He made a lot of memories and friends doing both.
Greg was preceded in death by his dad, Michael, and both sets of grandparents. He is survived by his children, Kody (Ashley), Kaylee (Ben), and Harley; grandson, Brantley; and his uncle.
A Celebration of Life honoring Greg will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Maxville, 8635 Maxville Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32234.
