Louell Johns Bryan, age 86, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on July 28, 2022, at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville. She was born on April 18, 1936, in Sanderson, Florida, to Forrest and Nannie Leona (White) Johns and had lived in Jacksonville with her grandson for the past two years. Louell was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Kenny Evans. Survivors include her daughter, Judy L. Evans of St. George, Georgia; brothers, Cleathen Johns (Norma Jean) of Glen St. Mary, and Eddie Johns of Callahan; sister, Gwen Helmick of Lake City; grandson, Kenny Paul Evans of Jacksonville; great-granddaughter, Olivia Blake; and two canine fur babies, Angel and Sissy.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at First Baptist Church of St. George, with Pastor Larry Finley and Derrick Dees officiating. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
