Charles Edwin Harden, age 95, formerly of Macclenny, Florida, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Harden was a faithful member of Church of God. He fought a good fight; he kept the faith.
Mr. Harden was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jayson Harden. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Kay Harden; daughter, Tina Maurer (Jeff); daughter-in-law, Kelly Harden; three grandchildren, Ryan Maurer (Amy), Aaron Maurer (Shelley), and Meghan Cooper (Jason); and seven great-grandchildren, Nicholas Maurer, Tyler, Maurer, Kenley Maurer, Kora Maurer, Tatum Cooper, Emery Cooper, and Blithe Cooper.
A private service will be held where Mr. Harden's homegoing will be celebrated by his family. He will be laid to rest in Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
