William A. Drury, age 52, a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was born in Jacksonville on March 31, 1971. Mr. Drury was a Christian man who lived by his faith. He loved to fish, watch football, but most of all, being with family. He loved helping others and had never met a stranger. Survivors include his adoptive parents, Thomas and Carolyn; former spouse, Peggy; and their four children, Christopher, Michael, Kayla, and Breanna, along with their spouses; 9 grandchildren, Madlyna, Kaylea, Penelope, Dallas, Douglas, Della, Dorothy, Brock, and Bryce; as well as numerous other family members and friends. Graveside Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens behind Trinity Baptist Church, 800 Hammond Boulevard in Jacksonville with Dr. Thomas Drury officiating.
