Victor Allyn Crawford, age 75, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born on May 30, 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, the only son of Reba (Matthews) and Russell Crawford. He had lived in Baker County for the past 12 years. Mr. Crawford faithfully served his country in the United States Navy. He was a caring husband, a wonderful father, and a doting grandfather and great-grandfather who enjoyed surfing, running, and roller skating in his early days. Victor was always curious and always expanding his mind about a variety of subjects. He accomplished this by constantly continuing his education through online classes and has several degrees spanning different fields. He was devoted to serving the Lord and was a member of St. Mary Mother of Mercy Catholic Church. Victor was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Charmaine Crawford of Glen St. Mary; sons, Christopher Crawford (Candy) and David Crawford, both of Jacksonville; stepsons, Shawn Fritz of Macon, Georgia, and Jeremy Wilson (Rebecca) of Charleston, South Carolina; stepdaughter, Venessa Osborne (Louis) of Greenville, South Carolina; 18 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; along with many friends and church family. Visitation with the family will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Mary Catholic Church at 12:00 p.m., immediately following the visitation with Father Martin Raj officiating. Mr. Crawford will be laid to rest at Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the dedicated care of BLACKBURN-CURRY FUNERAL AND CREMATION, 380 N.
