Tyane Vivian Taylor, age 50, of Macclenny, Florida, peacefully passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 9:02 a.m., following a lengthy illness and surrounded by the love and comfort of her family and loved ones. She was born on May 2, 1976, in Jacksonville to Oscar Agra and Teresa Terrell.
Tyane was a loving mother to two beautiful daughters, who were truly the light of her life and her whole world. She had a gift for making everything she touched beautiful. Creative, talented, and full of life, Tyane excelled at anything she put her heart into. She had a passion for photography, floral arrangements, and, more recently, gardening. She was always finding joy in creating, growing, and capturing beautiful moments.
Tyane was a bright presence in every room she entered. Her personality and beautiful spirit brought warmth and light wherever she went. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She also loved her two beloved dogs, Maple and Blue, who held a special place in her heart.
Tyane will be remembered for her beautiful spirit, love for those around her, and the many memories she created with the people fortunate enough to know and love her. Though her time on earth has come to an end, the love she gave and the memories she leaves behind will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
Tyane was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Teresa Terrell. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father, Oscar Agra; daughters, Re’Ahna York and Rylyn Miller; loving partner, Dillon Griffis; soon to be son-in-law, Dalton Perry; sisters, Tonya Stokes, Tabatha Rhoden (Kevin), Karen Agra, and Anine Conner (Lyle); brothers, Ricky Castillo and Oscar Agra Jr.; 10 nieces; 2 nephews; oldest childhood friend, Arlene Griffis; and numerous extended family members and dear friends who loved her deeply.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Sanderson Holiness Congregational Church, located at 8443 County Road 127, Sanderson, Florida. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Tyane will be laid to rest in Taylor Cemetery.
As we say goodbye to Tyane, we do not say goodbye to the love she gave us. We carry her with us—in our hearts, in our memories, in the beauty she created, and in every life she touched.
Rest peacefully, Tyane. Your light will continue to shine through all who loved you.
