Tracey Giddens Crews, age 43, of Macclenny, Florida, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. She was born in Jacksonville on October 23, 1978, to Joey M. and Linda T. (Shumate) Giddens and was a lifelong resident of Baker County. Tracey was a vibrant young woman that loved to hunt, fish, participate with her son and the FFA during the fair week, and just being outside on the water in the boat. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who adored her family and the unconditional love they shared. Tracey loved the Lord and had attended Christian Fellowship Temple for many years. She touched the lives of many, and her memory will be cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Tracey was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Heywood and Margie Giddens; maternal grandparents, Coy and Pearl Shumate; and her precious baby daughter, Gracey Faith Crews. Survivors include her loving husband of 21 years, Tommy Crews; son, Tucker Crews; parents, Joey and Linda Giddens; sister, Teresa "Tessy" Davis (Derek); nieces, Madyson and Marah Davis; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, and her work family at Northeast Florida State Hospital. Visitation with the family will be held from 3:00–5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022, at Taylor Church with Pastor Timmy Thomas and Pastor David Thomas officiating.
