Timothy Joseph Gabler, age 42, of Maxville, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 3, 2026. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas, to Terri Jean (Hays) and Harley Keith Gabler on July 26, 1984, and had lived in Baker County for some time before settling in Maxville.
Tim was a devoted father, son, and brother who enjoyed being up in a deer stand on a cool fall morning, or on the bank wetting a line. He enjoyed quiet moments with his family and the memories he made with them. Tim faithfully served this nation in the United States Marine Corps.
Preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Roberts, Tim is survived by his son, Caleb Nasser of Maxville; daughters, Alexis Wariner and Emory Hill, both of Jacksonville; parents, Harley and Terri Gabler of Maxville; brother, Keith Patrick Gabler (Kendra) of Kansas City, Kansas; sisters, Robin Peterson (Bill) of Bonner Springs, Kansas and Melissa Roberts of Lawrence, Kansas; along with several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is being planned, and the details will be announced once they are confirmed.
