Susan Rosenberg Arnstein, age 78, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Baptist Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on April 24, 1947, to Evelyn (Eaton) and David Rosenberg. Susan was an amazing mother, grandmother, and sister who enjoyed gardening and cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. She loved animals. Susan lovingly became a neighborhood cat lady. She was always feeding and caring for furry friends with no real home. Susan was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Brittany; and her devoted husband of over twenty-seven years, John Gill. Survivors include her daughter, Stacy Mills of Macclenny; brothers, Jay Rosenberg (Joseph) and Terry Rosenberg (Claudia), both of New York, New York; and grandsons, Cory and Austin Mills.
