She was born on September 21, 1980, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Authur Joe and Donna Carol (Bryant) Covington. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her father, Authur Joe Covington, Shirley is survived by her loving mother, Donna Carol Covington; beloved daughter, Khloe Hicks; stepson, Brett Hicks; the love of her life, Joey Hicks; sisters, Jeannie Hazlip (Ben) and Mary Carol Covington; brother, Authur Joe "Buddy" Covington Jr. (Shellie); nieces and nephews, Darrin, Xaiyne, Lindsey, Kelton, and Maggie; great-niece, Harper June; along with many other family members and friends.
