Sharon Pike Baity, age 62, a lifelong resident of Macclenny, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, with her family by her side. The daughter of Connie Faye (Howard) and Billy Larry Pike, she was born in Macclenny on October 2, 1963. 
An accountant by profession, Sharon found her true joy and calling in her roles as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend. Her heart was always centered on caring for her family and close friends, a mission she carried out with grace and tenacity even as she bravely faced a long and difficult battle with health challenges. 
Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Billy Pike, and stepfather, Michael “Pete” Deese. She is survived by her devoted husband of 35 years, Larry “Shane” Baity of Macclenny; beloved children, Logan and Amber Baity of Glen St. Mary, and Kaylee and Frank Crain of Macclenny; mother, Connie Deese of Macclenny; and grandsons, Lucas and Liam. 
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
