Robert James Sullivan, age 74, a lifelong resident of Middleburg, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at St. Vincent's Clay. He was born on March 1, 1951, in Orange Park to Margaret (Padgett) and Carl Sullivan. Robert was a father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was also a kind soul with a big, generous heart and smile. Robert was a pulpwood logger who loved nature and being in the woods. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Joe Padgett, Ricky Padgett, Sherry Miller, and Barbara Padgett. Survivors include his daughter, Amber M. Dufrene (John) of Baldwin; brothers, Mickey Padgett (Brenda) of Middleburg and Jackie Padgett (Kathy) of Melrose; grandchildren, Gilliah Dufrene (Donovan McGuirk) and Jadyn Dufrene; and significant other, Laura C.
