Mrs. Regina S. Belangia, age 56, of Middleburg, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Regina was born on September 28, 1964, in East Liverpool, Ohio, to Frank J. and Reva Jean (Biacco) Scarabino, and graduated from Stanton High School in Hammondsville, Ohio. Regina had lived in Middleburg for the past 25 years. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who devoted her time to the care of her family and her furry family of dogs, Sparrow, Winston, and Ava. Regina was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Tony and Jeff Scarabino. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Richard E. Belangia of Middleburg; son, Eric A. Belangia of Middleburg; granddaughter, Isabella Rose Allen; sister, Margaret Scarabino of Toronto, Ohio; father-in-law, Ken Belangia of Middleburg; sister-in-law, Linda Scarabino of Wintersville, Ohio; brother-in-law, Michael Belangia of Solvay, New York; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephew.
