Paul Lee "Unk" Crews, age 59, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023. He was born on January 8, 1964, in Lake Butler to Mabel Irene (Culpepper) and Andrew Jackson Crews and had lived in Baker County all his life. Paul was a kind, humble brother, uncle, and friend who loved being outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, watching football, and was a Florida Gators fan. Paul had a unique feel for working on automobiles and had spent the past 7.5 years helping his brother, Woody, and his beloved nephew, Bryan in their repair shop. He was preceded in death by his parents and his four brothers, Alton, Brigham, Bobby, and Harold Crews. Survivors include his brothers, Woody Crews (Charlotte) of Glen St. Mary and Archie Crews of Madison; sisters, Margaret Watson, Delois Crews, both of St. George, Georgia, and Jeanette Best (Alvin) of Fernandina Beach; special nephew, Bryan Crews (Tiffany) of Glen St. Mary; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel with Reverend Allen Crews officiating. Interment will follow in South Prong Cemetery.
