Patricia Ann Lefort, age 78, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at The Addison of Oakleaf surrounded by her family. She was born on October 5, 1946, in Thibodaux, Louisiana, to Camille (Barriconi) and Ralph Pizzuto. Mrs. Lefort had lived in Jacksonville for the past 40 years and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she had a kind, loving soul. Patricia loved her family fiercely, especially her grandbabies. Her favorite pastime was watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 43 years, Ronald Lefort; and fur baby, Leslie. She is survived by her loving daughters, Daphne Nolan (Wayne) of Jacksonville and Rachael Latvenas of Macclenny; grandchildren, Heather (Morgen), Casey (Corrie), Aaron (Kayla), and Trent (Lora); and great-grandchildren, Reese, Rowen, Jackson, Ryan, and Austin.
