Mr. Michael Allen Hulse, age 51, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018. He was born in Port Jervis, New York to the late Bernard and Annie Lois (Hancock) Hulse. Mike was a talented musician who played guitar and sang with several bands through the years. He loved sharing his gift with anyone and everyone. Mike is survived by his wife of 23 years, Deborah F. Hulse of Middleburg; son, Ian Bizzell of Middleburg; daughters, Courtney Smith of Middleburg, Kristen Marshall of Georgia, Amanda Hulse of Middleburg, Sarah Hulse of Middleburg, Brittney Rayfield of Middleburg, and Katie Douglas of Middleburg; brothers, Elton Cannady of Middleburg, Marvin Cannady (Dena) of Keystone Heights, Bernie Hulse (Missy) of Middelburg, and Bobby Hulse (Karen) of Middelburg; sister, Sarah Hughes (Wayne) of Ocala; and 10 grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends also survive him.
