Michael Arthur Dyer, age 68, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, passed away on February 8, 2023. He was born on March 9, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan, to Evelyn Louise (Bowling) and Paul N. Dyer. Michael had been a resident of Clay County since 1997 after moving from Michigan. He was an avid motorcycle rider and a hopeless romantic. Michael also loved playing poker whenever he could. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Cheryl A. Dyer; sons, Jason Allen Dyer and David Edward Dyer; and brothers, David, Timmy, Billy, and Robert. He is survived by his son, Michael James Dyer (Amanda Rauch) of Green Cove Springs; daughter, Terra Anne Applegate (Aaron Belfer) of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Jean, Eddie, Johnny, and Steve; sisters, Paula, Dela, and Susie; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
