Lisa Pauline Tate, age 56, of Macclenny, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Orange Park Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born on July 5, 1968, in Herkimer, New York, to Frances P. (Coffen) and George H. Witchley Jr. Ms. Tate moved to Baker County in 2010 from St. Petersburg, Florida. Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was devoted to taking care of her family as well as watching over and caring for others. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughters, Faith A. Wilson (Sharron) of Lakeland and Leea Webb of Macclenny; brothers, Enoch Witchley (Sheri) of Denver, Colorado, and George Witchley Jr. (Eva) of Largo; sister, Wanda Witchley (Kenny Spencer) of Macclenny; grandchildren, Jenna Tracey, Kevin Tracey, Breonna Newell, Julianna Brown, and Daniel Wilson; along with nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
