Kevin Scott O'Steen, age 61, of Keystone Heights, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on July 29, 1961, and had lived most of his life in Keystone Heights. Mr. O'Steen loved fishing, boating, water skiing, and scuba diving, as well as spending time with his family and friends. He worked the majority of his career as a construction superintendent. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milo and Coleen O'Steen; and brother, Jackie O'Steen. Survivors include his daughters, Kendell O'Steen and Ashley O'Steen; brother, Mark O'Steen, and his wife, Wendee; sister, Lisa Jowers and her husband, Dewayne; and his grandson, Evan Berry. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Grace Baptist Church, 479 Center Street, Baldwin, Florida with Pastor Dewayne Jowers officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 800 Hammond Boulevard, Jacksonville.
