Mr. Kevin Dwayne Lewis, age 54, of Crestview, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 1, 2021, while working in West Bend, Wisconsin. He was born on December 31, 1966, in Louisville, Kentucky. Kevin was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked as a maintenance technician. Kevin is survived by his wife of 34 years, Shannon Lewis; son, Charles Lewis; daughters, Heather Pipkin (Travis), Ashley Lewis, and Melissa Lewis; parents, Roger and Sharon Lewis; grandchildren, Isabella, Tyler, Gabriel, Zachary, Noah, Tiffany, Elizabeth, and one on the way; along with other family members and friends. Private family services were held and Kevin has been laid to rest at Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.
