Jeffery Lynn Ward, age 65, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at his home after a short illness. He was born in Cheverly, Maryland, on October 6, 1959, to JoAnn (Oliver) and Lee Roy Ward. Mr. Ward moved to Baker County in 2003 from Jacksonville. He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Mary Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Macclenny. Jeff loved to cook and collect seashells. As a conchologist, he won several awards for his seashell collection. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jerry Ward. Survivors include his beloved wife of 45 years. Patricia K. Ward of Glen St. Mary; sister, Teresa Miller of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; along with his 3 devoted canine companions.
