Jeanette Elizabeth Futch Avinger, age 63, of Baldwin, Florida, went home to be with our heavenly father on Friday, October 31, 2025. She was born on October 7, 1962, one of four children to Eavie Ovila (Tomas) and Raymond Filmore Futch. Jeanette had the best personality, a wonderful sense of humor, a radiant smile, and an infectious laugh that would brighten even the darkest of days. She was a lover of all things, especially listening to rock music. Her all-time favorite band was Def Leppard. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Eavie Futch; brothers, Ronnie and Ray; and son, Kirk. Survivors include her beloved husband of 37 years, Keith Avinger Sr.; daughters, Jennifer Markley (Fred) and Ashley Avinger; son, Keith Avinger; sister, Paulette Bird; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members whom she loved dearly. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel.
