Mr. Gregory Wayne Griffis, age 52, of Macclenny, Florida passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019, at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on April 19, 1967, in Starke, Florida to Ansel and Daphine Norma Griffis. Gregory enjoyed fishing and being with his family and friends whom he loved dearly. Gregory was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jeffrey Floyd, Jack Richendollar, James Richendollar, and Johnny Richendollar; and sisters, Jo Evens Heath, and Jeannie Marie Hart. He is survived by his sons, Bradley Griffis of Sanderson, and Jeremy Rhoden of Lake Butler; daughter, Brooke Griffis of Quincy; sister, Geneva Rhoden of Macclenny; former wife and mother of his children, Brenda Wilkerson of Maxville; stepchildren, Brandy Wilkerson and Brandon Wilkerson of Macclenny; 13 grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
