Mr. Fredrick Wayman Holstine, age 58, of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 12, 1961, to John O'Neal and Mildred Tyre. Fredrick was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He had been a resident of Maxville before moving to Daytona Beach 20 years ago. Fredrick was the manager of Joyland Amusement Center in Daytona Beach. He enjoyed beekeeping, woodworking, and spending time with his beloved family. Fredrick was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Carla D. Holstine of Daytona Beach; sons, Joseph LeGrand of Tampa and Timothy Holstine (Kaila) of Daytona Beach; daughters, Crystal Hodges (Thomas) of Macclenny and Amanda Ruiz-Santiago (Eduardo) of Daytona Beach; brother, John F. O'Neal (Tracey) of Lawtey; grandchildren, Mikey, Tyler, Ansley, Carter, Serenity, Nico, Sebastian, and Cheyanne; along with nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel with Pastor Dale Hodges officiating. The Committal Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
