Franklin Harrell Crews, age 85, of Bryceville, Florida, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Folkston, Georgia, on June 2, 1940, to Melissa (Kirkland) and Own Crews. Mr. Crews was Baptist by faith and graduated in 1958 from Ribault Senior High School in Jacksonville. Following high school, he joined the U.S. Navy and then finished his working years as an electrician. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electric Workers. Mr. Crews was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Peggy Crews and Jill Graham; granddaughter, Tahler Arnold; brothers, Richard Crews, Ronnie Crews, and Kevin Crews; and sister, Marle Johnson. Survivors include his son, Alton (Tammie) Crews of Bryceville; grandchildren, Corey (Melissa) Crews, Gage Crews, Ciji (Eddy) Pena, Phillip (Julia) Watson, Jason Wright, Karisa (Josh) Kelly, and Chris Arnold; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Effie Leigh Walker, Lori Ann Nettles, and Judy Crews; and brother, Mike Crews.
