Duncan Finley Thomas, age 8, of Jacksonville, Florida, made his sudden transition on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Our sweet dragon was born in Jacksonville on December 7, 2015, to Kristin Michelle Schwab and Donald Trent Thomas. He is a constant, VERY bright light that can never be snuffed out. Duncan is preceded in death by his grandfather, Pete Schwab. He leaves behind his beloved mother, Kristin M. Schwab of Jacksonville; father, Donald T. Thomas of Jacksonville; grandparents, Darlene Schwab of Middleburg, Donald Lee Thomas of Jacksonville, and Patty Bennett of Jacksonville; aunt, Jessica Huff (Rob) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; uncle, Shawn Thomas of Jacksonville; cousins, Lillian, Kara, Iris, and Atreus; along with numerous friends. A Celebration of Duncan's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Unity Church of Jacksonville, 634 Lomax Street in Jacksonville.
