Mrs. Dianna Mae White, age 73, discarded her earthly bonds, spread her wings, and was free to fly once more on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Dianna was born on November 5, 1951, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was one of six children born to Anna (Stifle) and LaVaughn Wesley Frain. Dianna spent a good part of her life in Iowa before ending up in Florida, where she eventually settled in Baker County 47 years ago. A caring wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she enjoyed reading, hiking, loved being in the mountains, and traveling extensively whenever possible. Mrs. White was a Director of Legalization with Landstar Systems, Inc. and dedicated 48 years of service before illness forced her to retire. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Allen, Swede, David, and Danny. Survivors include her beloved husband of 58 years, Charley C. White III of Macclenny; son, Charley C. White IV of Jacksonville; daughter, Teresa Bell (Robert) of Macclenny; sister, Aletha Frain of Orange Park; grandchildren, Brittany (Cody), Charley V, Hunter (Briann); and great-grandchildren, Easton, Zaylynn, Maverick, Natalie, and Avery; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
