Daron Lee Beaty, age 55, of Orange Park, Florida, unexpectedly went Home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. He was born in Palatka, Florida on November 13, 1968, to Harold Lee Beaty and Marie Johns Beaty. He had lived in the Jacksonville and Orange Park area most of his life. Daron graduated from Orange Park High School and was saved at New Life Baptist Church in Jacksonville in October of 1990 under the ministry of Pastor Alan McCurdy. For the past several years, he and Jan have been members of West Jacksonville Baptist Church. He recently celebrated 26 years of service with Blue Cross & Blue Shield where he was an I.T. technician. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Beaty. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Jan Beaty; mother, Marie Johns Beaty; aunt, Doris Blackwelder; daughter of his heart, Hannah Holden; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024, at West Jacksonville Baptist Church, 5634 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville with Pastor Rodney Kelley officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Per his wishes, he will be cremated and laid to rest at Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date.
