Carolyn S. Tanner, age 70, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at her home, comforted by her family. She was born in Macclenny to the late Vernon and Leona (Parkinson) Stewart. Carolyn was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family and spoiling the grandkids. Survivors include her two sons, Vernon Tanner (Missy) of North Carolina and Clayton J. Tanner of Jasper; brothers, Ferrel Stewart, Steve Stewart (Samantha), Clay Stewart, and Buddy Stewart, all of Macclenny; sisters, Dana Stewart and June Robinson, both of Glen St. Mary; grandchildren, Autumn Tanner, Jacob Tanner, and Izak Burnett. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Glen Friendship Tabernacle Church with Dr. Albert Starling officiating. Interment will follow in Manntown Cemetery.
