Betty Jean Harvey Weaver, age 96, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. She was born to James Harmon and Bertha (Oliver) Harvey in Baldwin, Florida, on October 25, 1926. Mrs. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She had moved from Jacksonville to Baker County ten years ago to be closer to her family. Mrs. Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Harold W. Weaver; brothers, James Harvey Jr. and Robert Harvey; and grandson, Donnie Howard. She is survived by her son, Joseph A. Weaver (Donna) of Glen St. Mary; sister, Geraldine Hodges of Macclenny; and grandchildren, Amy Hardee (Andy) and Mason Howard. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens in Jacksonville.
