Ashley Lauren Raulerson, age 39, of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. She was born in Jacksonville on January 13, 1986, to Ida E. (Bennett) and Gary C. Raulerson and had lived in Baker County her entire life. Ashley was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt with a caring heart who was bright, funny, smart, and a hard worker. She was involved with BCSO Explorers and played volleyball in high school. She worked for a while in Dispatch with the Baker County Sheriff's Office. Ashley was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald J. Canaday III, and brother, Pender Logan Raulerson. She is loved and survived by her son, Ronald "Bubba" J. Canaday IV of Glen St. Mary; parents, Gary and Ida Raulerson of Glen St. Mary; brother, Gary C. Raulerson Jr. (Natasha) of Hilliard; sisters, Christy Manucy (John) of Cuyler and Jessica Corder (Justin) of Glen St. Mary; along with nieces, nephews, and other family members. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Blackburn-Curry Funeral Chapel with Pastor Sam Combs officiating. Interment will follow in North Prong Cemetery in Baxter.
