Anna Fischer Irish, age 92, of Macclenny, Forida, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, after an extended illness. Anna was born on April 2, 1930, in Waissenhorn, Germany, to Anna (Widmer) and Anton Fischer and had lived in Baker County for the past 45 years. She was a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who devoted her life to the care of her family. Anna was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters, as well as her beloved husband of 60 years, James E. Irish. Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Irish of Dandridge, Tennessee, and Billy Irish of Macclenny; half-brother, Pete Cappasso of Starke; and grandchildren, Adam (Jennifer) Irish, Dustin Irish, Dylan Irish, Stacy Irish, Angel Irish, Billy Irish Jr., and Elizabeth Irish.
